Shiner roofing was diligent on getting our roof repaired that had a leak that was difficult to spot. In the end we found the source of the leak and it has been repaired. Each employee that I dealt with was professional and the work is top notch. I will be using them again when I need another repair done to my roof or when my roof needs to be replaced.

The estimator was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the materials, the work, and the various housing styles in neighborhoods within the City. It took us a while to get the appropriate permits from the Homeowners Association and the City, however, those are required to be completed by the homeowners. This was the most painless home improvement project ever! Ryan was excellent at giving us a detailed estimate. He also debunked some other estimates/information, and took pictures of the crumbling crown on my chimney while he was at it. Also did not pressure us in any way. We were going to wait until spring then they contacted us to offer discount during winter!
