Shiner Roof was very responsive whenever I called for questions, billing and scheduling. They did a thorough job inspecting my roof and explaining the cause for the leaking. Very professional from beginning to end.
They are responsive and professional in every way. Joe Francis goes out of his way to review your issues, discuss them in detail and even provides photos to illustrate what repairs are needed. Workers show up when scheduled, get the job done and then clean up thoroughly when they leave. Quality of the work done is excellent. The roof repair guys even did a couple of extra things at no extra charge.
