Our roof may have been leaking for long time, but we recently noticed leak during a rain storm in May. Insurance company ruled out damage as not related to storm. I started looking for a good roofing company to get my roof fixed. I was calling few companies everyday to get help. No one was interested in fixing the roof. Called Shiner to inspect my roof to see if it would need a repair or replacement. After giving all my contact information and dates available for them to come look at the property, they said they were not taking repair work, but would take replacement work. I found this odd, and then they mentioned that if I decided I needed repairs to please call them back.
