From the office staff being very informative to Tod the project manager checking in with status and if I had questions they were spot on. Quality of work and timely manner was exactly what I requested. They were fabulous all across the board.

We were thrilled to see Showalter Roofing in East Tennessee, Knoxville, since they installed our roof where we came from in Naperville, IL! Dale somehow found time in his busy day to repair a section of the roof which could be seen from a neighbor's home. He inspected, rounded up necessary materials, and completed the repair in a matter of hours.
He is knowledgeable + competent. Checked roof for other potential problems + provided good news.
He had previously repaired a storm-damaged section of fascia. I will continue to call Showalter for any roofing needs.
