I like honesty. Showalter Roofing Service's estimator, Willi, came to investigate a leak in my roof and give an estimate for a repair. He determined what was the most likely problem, showing me pictures to substantiate his claim. He gave me two estimates. One was less than $100. The other was more than $300. Having had experience renovating property, I know that both repair techniques were good options. I asked him the obvious question: if he were in my shoes, what would he do. He said he'd do t...
