This time mine was a "tear-off" and so a bit more complicated. The folks at Showalter did a fine job. From start to finish their people were prompt, courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the service, the results and the installation. The price was very competitive and the Showalter people worked very hard to accommodate the other tradesmen present at the same time. Today we had service technicians, Jose and Saul, at our house to diagnose and repair some areas of concern on our roof. They were so thorough and pleasant throughout their service visit. They informed us of what they had found showing us pictures of the issues and then also showing us pictures of the completed repairs.
