Everyone that I worked with was absolutely phenomenal and so helpful. Josh and CJ worked around my schedule and communicated with my contractors (because we are doing a lot of remodeling on my house at the moment) and made the process so simple. They were done SO quickly and their work was wonderful. They have also checked back in and even come back to the house to make sure everything is working perfectly for us! 100% recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.
Showalter did our roof 10 years ago and it is still in great condition. Even better - when I called their office to get the date of the work for when we list our house, they looked up the information in their archives and got back to me within 30 minutes. I really appreciate the great customer service.
We were happy with the service Showalter provided. The new roof looks great. They have been responsive to emails, texts and calls. The installers were professional and took time to show us the roof after they finished to be sure we were happy. The area was cleaned very well after the replaced the roof also. Would recommend!
I had Showalter come out and quote/estimate moving bathroom fan exhaust, remove old attic fan and install new attic fan, and install soffit baffles and push insulation back to baffles. I was told they were out 2-3 weeks. I signed the agreement and it took 3 phone calls to get scheduled over a month later. Estimated 3/22/22 scheduled 4/2/22 work completed 5/4/22.
