We opted to use Showalter several years back. The sales guy was very prompt and professional. We spent a lot of time discussing the details of how the roof replacement would be done. The sales guy also convinced us to replace all of our roof plywood because we had mold 10 years back that was remediated and no signs of mold. We haven't moved forward with our roof project yet but we were very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Andy at Showalter. He was very quick to respond and come out and take a look at our home. He took the time to go through our quote and answer all of our questions as well as point out specific areas that were important in the replacement of our roof. We will very much consider using Showalter when we decide to move forward with our roof!
