Showalter Roofing was straightforward from the start. I love their honesty and commitment. They kept me informed on the whole process; answered all of my questions; and, followed up after all the work was complete.
From Start to finish dealing with the team from Showalter was awesome.
Two employees that I dealt with directly were great...Rebecca and Mario.
Rebecca who was my initial contact. She made sure my roof inspection was handled immediately. She was very caring and great to talk to.
Mario who came out for the inspection and also the repair was very thorough. Great teamwork and both of them really care which is very
hard to find these days. They both should get a raise!
Josh and his team were able to come quickly to assess the damage from bad weather and work with us to get a price that would fit our insurance quote for the amount. They did the job quickly and went the extra mile to make sure the finishing details were completed to our needs as we were actually selling our home that week as well. Thanks!
Professional service, top notch, responsive and friendly.
