Showalter Roofing did a fantastic job on my new roof. It all started with Andy who came to my house, looked at the roof and inspected my attic. No one else I called even came to my house. When I received the estimate it was higher than the other estimates, but, when I looked at each estimate I saw that Showalter was competitive with the other estimates, but they were suggesting other repairs. We just used Showalter to replace our roof after hail damage and they were wonderful! Andy was so helpful and responsive and walked me through the process in great detail. They were able to petition insurance on our behalf and were successful in getting us covered for an entire roof replacement, instead of just the front of the roof, which is what we were originally awarded. I must say these guys are the best. The team was very professional, they were on time and did an excellent job. I was in a crunch and they came through for me. Andy and Erick were awesome to work with. I will never hire another roofing contracter.
