    This is the second bathroom I have done with Shugarmans. The sales process was very detailed but the thorough explanation of the incredible warranty/guarantee sold itself. The quality of the materials is seriously good but in the end it comes down to installation. Chuy and Rickie were consummate professionals in every aspect and their workmanship was top of the line. I never give 5 star reviews but these folks are the exception.

    We had our old, original 1970’s bathtub/shower replaced by Shugarman’s bath in September. We did have a competing bid, but chose Shugarman’s, mainly because of the excellent reviews and lack of hard sell tactics. Ruben was the excellent tech that completed the demo and new install in 3 days. I was impressed with the quality of work (replacement of the shower drain piping, grab handle reinforcements, copper piping, plus more) and I don’t think I’ve ever seen better caulking applications !     We just had our shower redone with Shugarman's Bath. Our installer, Jaret did a great job. Very professional, communicated with us throughout the process and finished in two days. He would have finished in one, but we also had him demo the tub that was separate then the shower. The entire process was as easy as it could have been. We look forward to them doing our other bathroom in the future.
