Shugarmar's Bath, and their Installer Supervisore, Shane were just so Amazing, wonderful and did a great job in an amazing quick turn time!!! They completely took out the original, 1960 Tub / Shower combo and put in a gorgeous new one! My first contruction remodeling event and they walked me trhough the whole thing and had no problem with my 100's of questions... and still went fast!!! I cannot support them enough and will be referring them to everyone I know!!
Last week we had a tub to shower conversion done in our main bathroom.
Mom is 91 and we needed things placed where she would feel safe and secure. Billy our installer did a great job! He and his assistants ( Ricky & Bryan ) were very kind, courteous and respectful. Billy was very patient and helpful with the exact placement we needed for the handrails to work best for her. I needed to upgrade my bathroom from a tub to a shower for my quadriplegic mother. It was done in two days and is such a relief for me, as her caregiver, to be able to have an accessible shower. Thank you, Billy, for going above and beyond to make a stressful situation remedy itself. He and his assistants, Will and Diego were courteous and respectful of my house. Overall excellent experience.
