If you are on the fence about purchasing one, get off the fence and do it. This was a great addition to the house, adds some value, but more importantly delivered on everything promised and more. I have absolutely no buyer's remorse here, this was absolutely worth it. I work two jobs, and one is some fairly serious outdoor labor. I'm also pretty close to retirement. Our installer, Ruben Aragon, of Shugarman Bath, did the most outstanding job of tearing out our bathtub and putting in a BEAUTIFUL walk-in shower for my amputee partner. Every detail up to exact location of where the grab bars were placed, were met. His detailed work and the whole job was right on. Thank you Ruben. From Susan who came to discuss our needs to the installers, Tony, Jose, and Missael as well as Joy in the office and the young man that called to let us know the installers were running 30 minutes late….. my hat is off to you all.
