Fabulous experience. From the appointment with Susan to discuss the project to the finish job and a beautiful minimalist high white gloss shower (bye-bye tiles & grout, won't be missed!!), peace of mind with the copper piping work by Chreen and her helper Dan. Shugarman's is the best! They stand by their promise of 2 day reno and fixing any issues they find upon demolishing the old bathtub/shower. Sean, our consultant, had an easy going, no pressure sales method and was knowledgeable about materials and possible water damage. Danny took his time to explain what the prior installer did wrong and proceeded to replace the rotted wood. He was able to demo & replace all wood in one day.
