I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Shugarman! Norma who came out to give us an estimate spent hours with us discussing our options to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, she even brought dog treats for our very shy pup! Our Master Bath tub removal and new shower with frameless glass was completed recently and required one service call to adjust the hot water temperature, we are happy with the final product. Mark, the salesman, Jose, the demo crew lead, Chuiy the lead for the schluter base and new construction, and ?? the glass sub and Max the service rep were all responsive to our needs and requests. Our project lasted over one month but we were on vacation for one week, delaying the completion.
