My favorite place in the house are the showers! They are gorgeous! I had both 2nd floor showers renovated by Shugarman's Bath. The selection process was easy because there were many wonderful options to select from. Although, the gold finish shower fixtures were out of stock/not available at the time. I used them to redo my bathroom and was given specific time frame on when things would be done and the missed that window by 25days which isn't really a horrible thing but then when I called they said they were still waiting on parts but should be delivered within a week. After 2 weeks of waiting I decided to call them again only for them to tell me that all parts have been delivered that they were waiting to check them out. Installation of custom acrylic shower panels and sliding glass doors turned out looking very nice, but this type of shower system relies heavily on a large amount of caulking around all of the edges. It is nice to have the lifetime warranty because you may expect to be calling out the technician to recaulk once a year or so. We always get friendly service but we just wish they did a better job with the caulking, especially since that is a big component of the shower.

Jessica, Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate you acknowledging the friendly service and that the end product looks nice. I do wish that we had done the finish siliconing perfectly the first time so that we didn’t have to come back. Ideally, this is not a yearly thing (normally it is not). In your case we didn’t execute perfectly so we had to make corrections in order to get it right. Hopefully you feel everything is now resolved to your liking.
