Shugarmans converted our bathtub to a walk-in shower. Shugarmans had the best options and materials and were less expensive than others I received quotes from. They told me it would take about 3 months to get the materials due to the pandemic, but they received the materials 6 weeks early and installed our shower two days later. There were issues between communication from the salesman to the ordering department on what I wanted my project to look like. I was also promised I would be contacted at each step of the process and I believe all times except once, I had to call them for updates. The original install time frame was off by a month (they said it was delays due to COVID which I understand but still annoying especially since I had to call them for updates on this). I had 3 companies visit my home and give me quotes on replacing my old bathtub and fiberglass shower with a new acrylic walk-in shower and glass door with new shower fixtures.
