The Design Consultant, Erik Jimenez, was very detailed oriented and walked me through the process, showed me samples of finishes, and had clear photos of all the hardware. Shugarman's Bath has a life time guarantee for all the products/hardware used. They will also replace the flooring under the tub, remove mold, and fix plumbing issues, if necessary. Honestly, a great experience. I've had my fair share of terrible experiences with contracted companies, but Shugarman was awesome from start to finish. Probably the best communication and customer service experience I've had. Truly. Highly recommend and wish they would do more than just bathrooms.
