We had 4 showers and 1 bathtub replaced through Shugarman's Bath. We are in love with our new bathrooms. Adam was our initial contact. He walked us through the process. This is the second bathroom I have done with Shugarmans. The sales process was very detailed but the thorough explanation of the incredible warranty/guarantee sold itself. The quality of the materials is seriously good but in the end it comes down to installation. Chuy and Rickie were consummate professionals in every aspect and their workmanship was top of the line. I never give 5 star reviews but these folks are the exception.
We had our old, original 1970’s bathtub/shower replaced by Shugarman’s bath in September.
We did have a competing bid, but chose Shugarman’s, mainly because of the excellent reviews and lack of hard sell tactics.
Ruben was the excellent tech that completed the demo and new install in 3 days. I was impressed with the quality of work (replacement of the shower drain piping, grab handle reinforcements, copper piping, plus more) and I don’t think I’ve ever seen better caulking applications !
