I can't believe how fast our new shower was installed. Our installer Chreen was friendly and professional, and here asistant Steve was as well. Very nice people. Answered all my questions and kept me updated at each step. The workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend Shugarmans, and if you are lucky you will have Chreen as your installer. We are thrilled with our new walk-in shower from Shugarman’s Bath! The installer from Shugarman’s Bath (Dillan) is such an amazing young man and a tireless craftsman who obviously takes his work and work ethic seriously. A couple of minor issues arose during the install, but Dillan immediately apprised us and made excellent (but not short-cut) recommendations to ameliorate them nicely. Shugarmans replaced a combined tub/shower in one of our bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Everything went according to their promises and our expectations, and we are very happy with the results. Hunter did the demo and prep on day 1 and Zech did the installation on day 2. Both were professional, courteous, well qualified and committed and delivered beautiful results.
From the lnquiry to the follow up I was treated with respect and understanding of my needs. This wasn’t a “hard sell”. They weren’t the least expensive but I chose them for what was included…if any issues like mold etc found when removing original shower my quoted cost remained the same. My installation went smoothly and my installer Dillan was the best. I would highly recommend.
