That was a great experience with Shugarman’s Bath for our bathtub-to-shower conversion project in my condo. When Shane and another male came in on the day of the remodel, we found a small amount of water leaking from the bathroom wall, so they immediately contacted their handyman, who works independently and handles such issues, and he arrived within a couple of hours. The Shugarman's process went so well that after our first shower installation we signed up for a bathtub/shower installation in our other bathroom right away. It was fun to work with our salesman Erik. Our installation teams (Jaret and Christian, Shane and Michael) were friendly and courteous. The company followed up quickly with wall and showerhead repair. What pleased me the most was the main work was done within the time promised (1-1 1/2 days). The lifetime guarantee is awesome too.
