I had a very disappointing experience with Shugarman's Bath. While the installation was done very quickly, in less than 1 day, it was rushed through and resulted in a poor experience. The pre-installation instructions said to have the shower curtain you'll be using available so they can put up the tension rode at the correct height and when the installer arrive, he and I had a specific conversation about the shower curtain where I confirmed that the one in the bathroom was the one I was going to... I know we have had several conversations to attempt to resolve the curtain issue, we are happy to continue to try if you see a path forward that would work for you. Regarding your concern about a rushed job, you had one of our longest-tenured crews on your installation. They do not rush through their work (none of our installation teams do this). Sometimes, what seems like rushing is just being very efficient with their time. They minimize downtime and work at a consistent pace because we know how much people don’t like a job dragging on longer than it has to. We always do our best to fulfill the promise of a job done in 1-2 days, and your job was one that we can consistently do in about a day. I'm writing to hopefully put your mind at ease that there should be no structural issues with your installation. And if anything should come up, you have a lifetime warranty that covers you. The mess in the yard is a different issue, and surprising. We pride ourselves on cleanliness, so we will make sure to address the issue of leaving the rings in your front yard. Thank you for the feedback here. With regard to the curtain, we are very sorry for the distress we have caused you due to our mishandling and throwing it away. Almost all of the showers we remodel, the curtains are requested to be disposed of, so we apologize for this oversight. Our trash is picked up every day, so when you promptly alerted us the next day, it was unrecoverable. We are deeply sorry about this and wish this had not happened. You are right, there is nothing we can do about the time you spent looking for your original curtain. We had hoped that offering a discount to cover this, plus sending you an additional new curtain would help. However, we understand that it ultimately did not fully make up for the original curtain you lost. If you do happen to come across a curtain that you like better, we would be happy to purchase it and send it your way, or come and replace it for you. Danny was our remodeler, when we saw ONE guy we were worried. But we were instantly proven wrong when he did the darn thing!! He was professional and spoke through the entire process. Would 100% work with this company again because their product speaks for themselves. So happy with the end product
