Shugarman's is extremely responsive, even for older installations. The silicon caulking on the floor of our shower started to come away from the wall. Ricky, a repair technician did an excellent job replacing it. However, we didn't like the color, which didn't match the other silicon seems. Shugarman's sent Ricky out again to remove and reinstall caulking with a color more to our liking. Ricky spent the time necessary to make sure we were happy with the color.
