    They did what they said. Everything happened in the timeline they gave us. Shane and another gentleman came to our house on time at 8:30 am. He was polite, professional and filled me in on what they were doing, had me take a look every so often during the process.     This whole process has been the best. I found them at the Oc fair, they decided to do the job in Playa Del Rey(by LAX airport). From our first visit with Jeff who explained the materials, the warranties and how long it would take, he set us up for success on our expectation.
