    The Shugarman folks were great from start to finish. Installers were very capable and courteous. It was a challenging install in my older home and the installers handled it all. The only problem after installation is that I have hard water and the pan drains unevenly, resulting in mineral build up around the drain.     I thought I need to update the review that I left below: On the next day that I left a review, which was also the next day of installation, a manager from Shugarman’s bath reached out to me to offer me to choose either of (1) installing ceiling panel for free or (2) partial refund for painting the ceiling; I chose the latter option as I did not like attach panel after bathtub and wall panels were already completed.
