My experience with Shugarman's Bath was excellent from start to finish. I was able to go to the showroom, pick the materials, colors and have all my questions answered. My representative Don Sherman did an excellent job, and construction crew headed up by Chreen did excellent work. I have done home remodeling myself, I'm very particular. Chreen did everything I would have done, with a great attention to detail. I am very pleased with the entire project.
Zach did a great job on our bathroom remodel. He called ahead with his arrival time, set up protection for the house, and completed the project in just one day instead of the expected two. He cleaned up thoroughly and left us with a new bathtub and walls that look fantastic. I would recommend Zach and Shugarman Bath for their quality work and professionalism.
Chreen and Adrian were so nice when they came to install our shower. They were very clean and efficient all day. Chreen answered all our questions and listened to our requests; and it only took one day. I just love our new shower! Thank you Shugarman’s.
Bath/shower update!
1. The tentative installation date was December 19. I got an email on 12/5 saying they could come on 12/6 if I was ready. Thankfully my friend and I had the bathroom ready on November 20!
2. Zack called at 7:45 to say they should be here at 8:05, he and Brandon showed up on time and ready to work.
3. Zack went through telling me what they were going to do and looking over the fixtures and initialing paperwork.
