We had our old, original 1970’s bathtub/shower replaced by Shugarman’s bath in September. We did have a competing bid, but chose Shugarman’s, mainly because of the excellent reviews and lack of hard sell tactics. Ruben was the excellent tech that completed the demo and new install in 3 days. I was impressed with the quality of work (replacement of the shower drain piping, grab handle reinforcements, copper piping, plus more) and I don’t think I’ve ever seen better caulking applications ! We just had our shower redone with Shugarman's Bath. Our installer, Jaret did a great job. Very professional, communicated with us throughout the process and finished in two days. He would have finished in one, but we also had him demo the tub that was separate then the shower. The entire process was as easy as it could have been. We look forward to them doing our other bathroom in the future.

I had a new walk-in shower installed. It took two full days and Adrian was great. Made sure I knew what was happening each step. He was very efficient, very clean conscious of my home and kind. I love my shower. I feel like I’m in a resort!

Is it expensive to install a new shower? Frankly, "expensive" is relative. In this case, I got what we paid for, and it's well worth it. Here is what we got: two-day demo plus complete installation, communication every step of the way (texts when the team was en route for consultation, installation, etc), a team - led by the professional and personable FABIAN :).
