We had such an amazing experience with Shugarman! And fun fact, we only spoke to live people AND ALL our questions were answered! We recently redid our bath for my disabled uncle so that he could be easily rolled into the shower. It may not be the aesthetic that most people desire, but it is what we needed for him to be comfortable and they accommodated. They did what they said. Everything happened in the timeline they gave us. Shane and another gentleman came to our house on time at 8:30 am. He was polite, professional and filled me in on what they were doing, had me take a look every so often during the process. He had me tell him what height I wanted the shower head, where I wanted the hand-held installed, asked if I liked where the niche was going, etc. They demoed and installed our new shower in one day. This whole process has been the best. I found them at the Oc fair, they decided to do the job in Playa Del Rey(by LAX airport). From our first visit with Jeff who explained the materials, the warranties and how long it would take, he set us up for success on our expectation.
