    I thought I need to update the review that I left below: On the next day that I left a review, which was also the next day of installation, a manager from Shugarman’s bath reached out to me to offer me to choose either of (1) installing ceiling panel for free or (2) partial refund for painting the ceiling; I chose the latter option as I did not like attach panel after bathtub and wall panels were already completed.     My experience with Shugarman's Bath was excellent from start to finish. I was able to go to the showroom, pick the materials, colors and have all my questions answered. My representative Don Sherman did an excellent job, and construction crew headed up by Chreen did excellent work. I have done home remodeling myself, I'm very particular. Chreen did everything I would have done, with a great attention to detail. I am very pleased with the entire project.
