Billy is a great installer. Texted me every morning to give me his ETA for the day. Upon arrival he would tell me what he plans to accomplish for the day. Always clean up after the day's work. Kept me in the loop and gets me involved to get my preference like positioning of valve handle or shower head

I am very pleased with the outcome of my shower remodel. This is after having some issues with misunderstandings of what I expected in my new install and what the salesperson wrote up. This was all handled by Jose Jimenez who did the remodel. He was patient and understanding and worked with his company to make it whole. He is a very hard worker and completed the job to perfection. Shugarmans Bath was also very accommodating and the lifetime warranty sealed the deal. I highly recommend them... Read more
