From our initial sales consultation until the installation yesterday, we couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Chreen and Christian B. were just great when it came to the initial arrival to completion. Chreen is or was a trainer and though Christian was on his 2 job or day, 1 knew that having an experienced tech like her would benefit the job overall. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Shugarman’s Bath put in 2 beautiful showers for me two years ago. Yesterday I had a leak in my downstairs roof right below the upstairs shower. I thought it was the shower pan. Jordan, the original installer came out to look. He had to take apart the drywall inside and in the outside stucco. It was NOT the shower!
