My experience started out pleasant. I was working with Bethany who was knowledgeable and professional. She spent a lot of time working with my insurance to get my roof replacement covered. I was denied. Sometime after that, there must have been a staffing conflict as she no longer works for the company. Sadly, nobody from Shumaker picked up where she left off.
