I had a leak in my roof and called on 9/23. They set up an appointment to review and estimate the job on 9/27 at 2PM. At 3:15 no one had showed up so I called to figure out what was going on. The associate told me that they were going to contact the technician and get back to me. By 4:00, I had not heard back so I tried again and got the same response.
