That said, we’re sorry that your installation experience did not meet expectations. While we do occasionally complete one-day installs, that timeline is always dependent on project scope, site conditions, and crew availability at the time of scheduling. Larger or more complex window installations can and do require multiple days to ensure the work is done correctly and safely. Regarding the installation crew, we want to clarify that all installers we send—whether full-time or supplemental—are fully vetted, insured, and trained to our standards. We agree that proper staffing is important, and we appreciate you raising concerns so we can continue to improve job planning and communication. We also regret the delay related to scheduling and the issue with the picture window grids. While errors from the manufacturer are rare, they can occur, and we work to resolve them as quickly as possible once identified. Your comments about communication and schedule accuracy are taken seriously. Improving expectation-setting, arrival windows, and follow-up is something we are actively working on, especially for customers who need firmer scheduling commitments. As with any construction project, variables can arise despite careful planning. While we work hard to minimize delays and errors, not every aspect of every project will be perfect.
