Our HOA required we use S&K to replace our windows, but their price was comparable to a company we used in Balto, and the windows are equal quality, so no problem.
BUT - we had to remove all the blinds before they could install our 12 windows, and the blinds were 4 different types and required GREAT effort by us to get them down without breaking parts. Wow! S&K are fantastic. We just had a vinyl deck constructed and it's absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is meticulous. We highly recommend this company.
The roof repair looks great from the pictures I received. The soffit, gutters and downspouts are perfect, but was unable to see the leaf guards. Will be trying to check. My only suggestion is that photos of the finished job be routinely sent to the customer, especially if work is not easily seen from the ground..
S&K recently replaced our roof and replaced/upgraded our gutters and downspouts to a larger size for better water flow and drainage. They also added gutter covers on all the gutters so that they don’t have to cleaned every year. Net, the house looks new from the outside. A job very well done.
