The roof repair looks great from the pictures I received. The soffit, gutters and downspouts are perfect, but was unable to see the leaf guards. Will be trying to check. My only suggestion is that photos of the finished job be routinely sent to the customer, especially if work is not easily seen from the ground..

S&K recently replaced our roof and replaced/upgraded our gutters and downspouts to a larger size for better water flow and drainage. They also added gutter covers on all the gutters so that they don’t have to cleaned every year. Net, the house looks new from the outside. A job very well done. Being in the army, my family and I move around a lot, and it can be a challenge finding dependable home contractors when things go awry. Luckily I happened to find S&K. S&K performed a reasonable assessment of our siding and the repairs that needed to be made. The experience and communication were pleasant; no hard sale. S&K provided advance notice of scheduling changes. The work was performed and completed as described, and the finished product looks very clean.
