In addition to using S&K to replace our aging windows, we recently had them do a new cut-out of a double window in our kitchen area. Jon and Carroll, their two very experienced carpenters, worked amazingly and confidently together in a neat and efficient manor. It was a little scary to have a big hole cut into your wall and siding but within one day, the new double window looked perfect. Wish we had hired S&K years ago to do this since there is so much more light coming in now.
Amazing work as always. This is the best company around, no doubt about it.
They replaced and repaired some damaged siding due to wind and birds. They provided an estimate within the day and then answered a follow-up question on the same day. The repair work was excellent. Overall, they were close to the bottom in terms of pricing. I went with them over a slightly cheaper option given their stellar reviews. Nice company to work with.
Installer didn't use ice & water around the Broan roof vents as specified in the contract until I pointed it out, after which he installed the material correctly and did a good job.
