Unless you have big project and/ repairs, do not waste your time contacting them. I guess my project was not worth their time even though their website says otherwise. I would call Acorn instead.

Very prompt. Lee, the crew foreman, was super friendly.
I showed Lee around the place & confirmed the work to be done. I had to leave while the work was performed. When I returned home the place was spotless. Had I not been there when they arrived I may not have believed they had come at all.
I have checked the problem areas since S&K has made the repairs. After two other companies failed to fix the leaks, S&K has finally given me peace of mind. No more leaks.
