Very prompt. Lee, the crew foreman, was super friendly.
I showed Lee around the place & confirmed the work to be done. I had to leave while the work was performed. When I returned home the place was spotless. Had I not been there when they arrived I may not have believed they had come at all.
I have checked the problem areas since S&K has made the repairs. After two other companies failed to fix the leaks, S&K has finally given me peace of mind. No more leaks.

The foreman handled the job of installing my garage roof very professionally and courteously. The area around the roof on the ground was clean, also.
John Watkins from S&K Roofing came to my home to diagnose if the water coming into my home was from the roof. He spent an hour checking the attic for water, examining the collars around the pipes sticking out of the roof and the shingles and ridge vents.
