Updating rating to 5 starts thanks to the quick follow up by Mr. Katzenberger. Not only did he offer an apology he also came out personally to assess my needs. Per my prior experience with S&K he was honest and didn’t try to sell me products I didn’t need. I received the estimate quickly and it’s much more reasonable thab other estimates. I plan to move forward with S&K!
Ms. McIntyre, I am sorry to hear of your about your experience with our estimator. It appears that after both reading your comments and speaking with our estimator that scheduling an agreeable time to meet was problematic. I apologize if you thought he was rude to you. That is not his recollection and he explained to me that when the call ended he said to "have a nice day". That said, we did not make you feel like a valued customer and for that I apologize.
