Communication prior to signing the agreement was great, as could be expected, but once I signed the contract and paid the deposit things went downhill. First of all, the lead time of the job was a long 10 weeks. I called about 8 weeks in and they said they were waiting on the materials and "Mary" would surely call once they were in. S&K demonstrated to me and my wife that there are contractors that are not here to oversell you and simply do what is needed at a fair price. from beginning to end we experienced true professionalism with the full replacement of our gutters. S&K was contracted to replace gutters and install leaf filters/guards. Crew arrived on time. Work progressed quickly with the crew cleaning up all debris. After completion there were some minor issues which were promptly addressed. Overall satisfied with installation.
