I needed a siding repair where a former deck/patio was removed from the house and had trouble finding a place willing to perform the service for a fair price. S&K thoroughly explained how they would address the issue and I was provided a reasonable estimate to perform the job. I was very satisfied with S&K for my garage roof project. The crew showed up early instead of being late. They used several tarps covering a very large area to catch all screws that could fall. Brad came out during hurricane Debby. It was pouring rain and my front door started leaking. I thought it might have been a siding issue. Turns out it was a roofing issue (and not something S&K worked on) but Brad said he would be back when it was dry to seal the flashing on the roof. Before he left he also fixed my door that was starting to rub on itself by tightening up some leveling screws in the hinge area. He came back today to calk and secure the flashing and refused payment for any of it.... Read more
