Cleanup on day one was a bit to be desired. I had to go out and pick up some trash that was blowing around. Day 2 we had some issues with the crew installing the underlayment on a wet roof deck. Had I not said something they would have continued installing the shingles over a wet roof deck. Crystal did assure me that any issues that may arise due to the wet roof deck would be resolved should any problems arise in the future. Clean up on day 2 was much better. Work crew showed up later than expected, but within the expected window. They installed the venting boots and recalked most of the visible flashing. Work crew was quick and professional and the time on site was approximately 15-20 minutes. I would have given 5 stars, however I felt that a discussion of the intended work and general condition of the roof was missing was missing after the work was completed.

Service to repair damaged shingles was easy to arrange and timely. Given the changing snow conditions S&K easily adapted their schedule and notified me in plenty of time. Very importantly, their honesty in assessing the condition of the roof, not trying to sell me more expensive & unnecessary options, was very much appreciated and comforting.
