Do not use these guys if you have any unique roof features. We bought a house with a brand new roof. Less than 1 year old from SK. We had our first problem with the 2012 derecho. So we coughed that one up to a freak storm. After that was just a heavy rain storm. They originally started out by coming within a few days to fix a problem. S&K installed energy efficient windows in our family room. Prior to having these windows installed, we could feel wind coming through our windows when they were shut. Because there are 4 windows across one wall in the room, it was a large source of cold air coming in during the winter months. Since our new windows were installed, we can feel a big difference.
