We worked with Nicola and the Sky Manor team to have our roof replaced prior to selling our home. Nicola was knowledgeable about the home selling process which gave us great peace of mind as we quickly approached our close date. The Sky Manor team was able to work efficiently to get solar panels removed, install new shingles and gutters, organize the city permit and inspection, and reinstall the solar panels. The roof looks great! I’d highly recommend choosing Sky Manor!
