Never in my wildest dreams, did I think I would ever be so excited to have my roof replaced.
After the hail event in May 2024, we got in contact with Nicola at Sky Manor. It is never fun to have to get a new roof, but Sky Manor made the process as easy as possible. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Matthew was absolutely wonderful to work with and monitored the entire project so that everything happened seamlessly (I have solar panels, which made my project a little more complicated). Nicola and his team were so easy to work with. They helped us navigate a really frustrating insurance situation and helped us get the best price (by far). Nicola is genuine, kind and reliable (even was thoughtful of our sons’s nap times when scheduling inspections, etc.). He went above and beyond to help us navigate this job and gave us great recommendations to other companies to help complete other work we needed. His team did a beautiful job!
