Chuck responded promptly to our request for a roof inspection following a hail storm in May. Our insurance company agreed with his assessment that the roof needed to be replaced, and we set a date for the work. It all went smoothly, was on time, and Martin, the crew manager, easy to work with. It's always stressful to get a roof replaced (our third), but Chuck and Martin helped reduce this by communicating quickly if we had any questions and making sure everything was adequately addressed.
