I’ve been ghosted. I contacted Sky Manor a couple months ago after closing on a house. They responded relatively quickly, and someone came over to inspect our roof due to items found on our earlier inspection report. The service person said that it needed some patching and other work and that they’d send over a quote. Cody was Project Mgr and was very knowlegeable, efficient, and coordinated with us, our insurane, and his workers to provide exceptional customer service. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of this project to replace our roof in timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend.
5/5 isn’t enough. The quality of the roof is amazing. But what truly stood out was the customer service we received from Ben. Our insurance claim was initially declined, prior to working with Sky Manor Roofing. Ben went up on our roof the same day and made a 60 page report detailing the damage and he fought for us with our insurance company. His was able to get our insurance company to cover our roof.
