This is actually very good to hear from an ownership standpoint...so many times we hear about other roofers throwing a possibility of a claim against a wall to see if the insurance company may cover it while knowing that a zero payout claim can negatively affect the homeowner. We train our sales and project managers to only instruct the customers to file a claim if there is true damage from a known covered peril such as wind and hail. If the damage is not there, it only causes problems and wastes people's time but also carries that zero covered claim for 3-5 years and if another claim does come up in that time frame, there is a possibility the insurance carrier could cancel your coverage. I am happy to hear that while we may not have been able to help you now, that we are on your call list in the future. It is Colorado, so ;) Chuck
