This repair is done on 160 year old Nationally Registerrd Historic Townhouse. Circa 1863
Repairs:
●Replace 36 yr old Velux skylites that were leaking with new.
●Replace snowproofing flashing & reshingle whole sunroom roof.
●Replace or repair slates on the main house slate roof, 36 feet above ground level.
●Install interior shades over interior skylite opening.
