Two of our neighbors had work done so I had Orlando stop by to give me an estimate. He physically inspected the roof as well as used a drone so that I could see for myself. We had another roofer make a storm related repair 2 years ago and he told me that we had another 3 years left in the old roof. His estimate was very close to what Orlando quoted us.
