After a big rain, there was a little leak and JQ came back and repaired another area that was difficult to get to let alone see what the issue was. I called SQC about a roof leak and they came out quickly. Christina, their rep who was very knowledgeable, walked the roof, found soft spots, noted that shingles were brittle, asked the age of roof (20 years) and recommended a new roof and brought down photos of areas of the roof that were weak or failing.
